Not sure whether your experience fits neatly here? That’s completely okay.

These are only some of the many reasons people come to therapy.

Therapy can be daunting…

An indoor corridor with windows on the left side and doors on the right side. The ceiling has exposed beams and ceiling lights, some of which are turned on, illuminating the hallway. The hallway appears to be in an office or institutional building.

But it doesn’t need to be

Even when you know professional support could help, starting therapy can feel uncertain. You might not know what to say, wonder whether what you’re going through is “serious enough”, or worry about finding someone you can trust.

That hesitation is completely normal. Feeling safe, understood and able to be yourself is an important part of therapy.

I’m an experienced Clinical Psychologist with a warm, curious and collaborative approach. Together, we’ll explore what is happening now and how your experiences, relationships, culture, identity and patterns may have shaped it. I’ll bring clinical guidance and gentle challenge when useful, while making room for your perspective and checking in about what works for you.

If you’re thinking about therapy, I encourage you to get in touch.

You can ask questions and share a little about what you’re looking for, and we can consider whether working together feels like a good fit.
